A Tuscan red that combines the tradition of fine production with the innovation of a new bottle dedicated to little Edoardo, son of Settimo Pizzolato and Sabrina Rodelli.

The green heart of the Casale Terzo are its vineyards that, with wisdom and skill, have been tended and raised organically for decades: a sign, this, of a deep love and respect for nature and its fruits.
The soil on which these vineyards grow is a typical hilly terrain, originating from the crumbling of rock. This clay soil also contains silt: this makes it particularly fertile and suitable for growing vines as it retains water, especially during the hot summers typical of Tuscany.

The extra virgin olive oil from the Casale Terzo comes from the 1,000 olive trees that surround the estate, organically grown in a harmonious embrace with the vineyard, drawing a landscape with an ancient flavor.
The resulting oil expresses the historicity of a cultivation that has defined the landscape of Tuscany for centuries and reveals the authenticity of a certified organic product. The olives, obtained from several typically Tuscan cultivars, are processed in the oil mill. The oil from the Casale Terzo is bottled in dark packaging to maintain the fragrance of the soft pressing for a long time.

Waking up admiring the hills, lingering the gaze on a horizon that conveys serenity and harmony, truly resting and appreciating the present, admiring the sunrise and sunset.
At the agri-camping of the Casale Terzo you can experience magical sensations of serenity, harmony and well-being. The spaces, endowed with 5 pitches equipped to receive campers, are organized around a large centuries-old oak tree. Under its branches, a fountain represents a symbolic meeting place with an ancient flavor. All around, only the forest, vineyards, olive trees and a regenerating silence. The campground is open year-round, as is the winery. The pitches are equipped with light hookups and isolated from each other to ensure privacy and tranquility.
